How do refunds and travel credits work when a booking has multiple Travelers, and payments have been made with different credit cards?

When multiple Travelers and credit cards are used for a single booking, our refund and wallet credit process operates as follows:
Refunds are issued in accordance with our terms and conditions, and they are typically refunded back to the same payment method that was originally used to make the booking.
Wallet credits, including vouchers and bonuses, are stored in the account of the Account Holder who initially made the booking. These credits can be accessed and utilized by the Account Holder for future bookings or other eligible purposes.
