When and how will I receive my travel documents?

Once you've made a booking with us and paid the deposit, you'll receive your booking confirmation.

We highly encourage you to download the Exoticca Traveler’s App (or go to the Exoticca website www.exoticca.com through your browser). Log in with the same email address you used during the booking process.

This app serves as your centralized platform for receiving all notifications and confirmations related to your upcoming journey.

Here's an overview of the document delivery timeline:

  • Within 24 hours: If your trip is scheduled for less than 11 months in the future, you will receive your confirmed flights within 24 hours after making a booking. If your trip is scheduled for more than 11 months in the future, you will receive your confirmed flights no less than 30 days prior to departure

  • Within 30 to 15 days before departure: Approximately 30 to 15 days before your departure date, you will receive an updated Trip Summary that includes hotel confirmations.

  • Within 14 days before departure: When you are within 14 days before your departure, we will send you another updated Trip Summary with the final confirmed details.

  • Within 3 days before departure: Finally, within 3 days before your departure, we will provide you with contact numbers for our in-trip assistance and local travel partners in case you need support during your journey. Your Trip Summary will also include meet and greet information, such as transfer details and pick-up information if it's part of your package.

Please keep an eye on your Trip Summary, as it is a dynamic document that will be updated multiple times as your trip approaches. This way, you'll have all the information you need for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
