What is a booking reference number, and how can I find mine?

A booking reference number is a unique identifier for your booking with Exoticca.
To find your booking reference number, you have two options:
Option 1: When using a web browser to access your account, you can find the booking reference number in the following locations:
Go to "My Bookings" > "Next trip" > "Booking Reference."
Also, you can download your Trip Summary, and you'll find the booking reference number on the first page.
Option 2: If you're using the Exoticca Travelers App, you can identify your booking reference number right under the "Booking Status" section.
