What do I need to do when I purchase a new trip to ensure my Exoticca GO membership is included?

When you book a trip through your account, all the benefits of your Exoticca Go membership will be automatically applied.​You’ll also get an email confirming your membership status after each booking.

I signed up for the newsletter but I don’t see the welcome discount. What do I do?

You need to create an account with Exoticca. ​Once your account is set up, your welcome travel credits will be added to your Exoticca Wallet and ready to use at checkout.

What discounts can I get?

If this is your first booking with Exoticca, you’re eligible for a welcome discount (as long as you haven’t received the welcome discount previously).​At Level 2, you’ll get 5% off every trip you book, up to a maximum discount of $1,000.

How long does my status last?

As an account holder, you’ll keep Level 1 status as long as you’re subscribed to our newsletter.​Level 2 status lasts for 1 year from your last booking with Exoticca.
