Does the Ergo insurance coverage have any eligibility restrictions?

Customers over 70 years old are not covered for assistance in destination or repatriation on any Ergo products, and travelers must legally reside in the country related to the market where the booking has been purchased.

I have several people traveling together on the same booking. Can I purchase the Ergo insurance policy for only 1 person?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. When you purchase the Ergo policy, it must cover everyone on the same booking.

Can I add the Multi-Assistance package insurance to my booking after I have booked?

Yes, you can add it any time before the start of your trip. Please call and speak with one of our Travel Experts who will be delighted to assist you.
