Can I replace a Traveler in my booking with someone else?

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to help you explore your options for replacing a Traveler. Please note that replacements are not always possible, as bookings are secured using each Traveler’s personal details.
Timing matters:
More than 30 days before departure: This gives the best chance of arranging a replacement, subject to partner approval and availability.
Less than 30 days before departure: We can still review your request, but as travel arrangements may already be finalized, a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
Important Note:
New flights are required: Airline tickets are non-transferable, so a new flight must be secured for the replacement traveler. We’ll do our best to match the original itinerary, subject to availability.
Age restrictions apply: Traveler replacements are not available for children under 16 years old.
Activities may need to be rebooked: Confirmed activities or excursions may require new reservations, depending on local availability.
Your original booking remains active: While we review your request, your current booking will remain unchanged. Any approved changes are subject to our airline and local partners’ terms.
