We offer different payment structures depending on when you confirmed your booking and the lead time before your departure date:

Bookings before Dec 29 '23:

Less than 60 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.

More than 60 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 60 days before departure.

Bookings between Dec 29 '23 and Apr 15 '24:

Less than 30 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.

31–60 days before departure: 20% deposit, pay the remaining 80% two days after booking.

61–120 days before departure: 20% deposit, pay the remaining 80% 15 days after booking.

121–150 days before departure: 20% deposit, pay 40% 15 days after booking, and final 40% 60 days before departure.

More than 150 days before departure: 20% deposit, pay 40% 15 days after booking, and final 40% 90 days before departure.

Bookings from Apr 15 '24:

Less than 70 days before departure: Pay 100% upfront via credit card.

71–150 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 60 days before departure.

More than 150 days before departure: 60% deposit, pay the remaining 40% 90 days before departure.

Payment Methods:

Credit card, e-transfers, or affrim for all deposits.

Bank transfers are preferred for second payments; e-transfer and credit cards are also accepted.

The payment schedule displayed are the payment deadlines. You may make a payment at any time before the deadline.

Please note, that we don’t currently accept checks, ACH or PayPal for payments. You may, however, pay via bank transfer, affrim, e-transfer, or credit card.
