Can I make a partial booking cancellation or amendment?

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help you explore your options. Once a booking is confirmed, all services are reserved as a package, so partial changes or direct amendments to individual components are not possible. To modify your arrangements, your reservation must be updated by creating a new booking.
Your options depend on the timing of your request and the cancellation coverage selected at booking:
Flex:
More than 30 days before departure: You may update your package. The Flex fee is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be issued as a credit toward your new booking.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to cancellation penalties. As most services are fully confirmed at this stage, options are very limited, but we will check for available alternatives.
Flex+:
More than 30 days before departure: Offers maximum flexibility, including a refund of your balance after deducting the Flex+ fee.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes are subject to cancellation penalties. As most services are fully confirmed, options are very limited, but we will explore any available alternatives.
Without cancellation coverage:
Whether your request is made more than or less than 30 days before departure, modifying your booking will involve standard cancellation penalties based on the cancellation date. Any remaining balance may be applied toward a new booking. Please note that within 30 days of departure, penalties are typically higher as most services are fully confirmed.
Important Considerations:
Dynamic pricing: New bookings are subject to current rates, which may differ from your original booking.
Promotions: Discounts or promotional offers from your original booking may not be transferable.
