Can I change/upgrade my hotel category after booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, hotel categories are assigned based on your selected package and supplier availability. Because of this, changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
If you’d like to request an upgrade, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. In general:
More than 60 days before departure: High likelihood of availability, as suppliers usually have more options.
Between 60 and 30 days before departure: Lower likelihood, as availability becomes more limited.
Less than 30 days before departure: Very unlikely, as availability is reduced and last-minute operational arrangements are already in progress.
If an upgrade is available, additional costs may apply depending on destination, season, and supplier conditions.
