Why do I need to provide Travelers' contact information?

You're asked to provide Traveler contact information for several important reasons:

Emergencies: In the case of emergencies during your trip, it's crucial to have a way to contact you or your emergency contacts to provide assistance or important information.
Travel updates: We may need to share important travel updates, such as changes in hotel confirmation, departure times, meeting points, or other important information to make your journey smoother and more enjoyable.
Local support: Your contact information also helps us provide local support and assistance while you're traveling to your destination, making your trip more comfortable and stress-free.
Account Security: It helps in verifying your identity and ensuring the security of your bookings and personal information.
Your traveler contact information is handled with care, following our privacy and data protection policies, and is primarily used to enhance your travel experience and safety. Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service during your journey.
In addition, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires that air passengers provide their contact details (mobile number and/or email) to the airlines providing flight services. This information is used solely by the airline to help contact the Traveler in the event of irregular flight operations and disruptions.
Exoticca customers will be asked to provide these details at the time of booking. If a customer does not wish to provide this information it will be noted in the air reservation, however, the traveler may not receive information from the airline relating to flight cancellation or schedule changes (including delay in departure).
