Can I make a booking for travelers departing from different originating cities?

Yes, it’s possible! To do so, Travelers must be grouped and booked according to their departure city. Because everyone in a single booking must depart from the same location and receive identical services, the best approach is to create separate bookings for each departure city.
This ensures everyone can start their journey from their preferred location while enjoying the same overall trip experience.
Please note:
Hotel Accommodation: Travelers must be on the same booking to share a room.
Requirements to link bookings: All bookings must be for the same trip, travel dates, and category. Once all bookings are made, you must contact us to request that they be linked.
Trips with Internal Flights: Linking bookings allows us to coordinate ground services and hotels; however, we cannot guarantee that Travelers will share internal flights. If flying together on internal legs is a priority, Travelers must be on the same booking.
To ensure your group stays together, the timing of your request is critical:
More than 35 days before departure: We have the best opportunity to synchronize your arrangements. We prioritize these early requests, though final linking depends on availability.
Less than 35 days before departure: We will still do our absolute best to coordinate your services. However, as many arrangements are already finalized by this stage, we cannot guarantee that all elements can be successfully linked.
Please note that a maximum of 15 Travelers can be linked across separate bookings.
