My luggage didn't arrive.

Updated

In the event your luggage hasn't arrived, please do the following:

  • Contact your driver to let them know you have arrived and inform them that you have to make a baggage claim. Your driver's number is provided on your Trip Summary, under the in-trip assistance section.

  • Contact the airline and ask for a "Property Irregularity Report" (PIR). This document is crucial for reporting lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.

  • Once you have the PIR, visit the airline's website. They usually have a user-friendly "world tracer" section that allows travelers to trace their baggage and stay updated on its status.

  • Ensure you provide the airline with the correct hotel address for your claim.

  • Most airlines have a lost luggage policy that provides an allowance for purchasing essential toiletries and basic clothing items. Keep all receipts for these additional expenses to make a claim with the airline.
